Basic Job Functions:
The Automation Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and optimizing our automated systems. The Automation technician will provide technical expertise, promote Safety, Quality, Cost, & Reliability that support World Class Operations and demonstrate leadership through the maintenance strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and scheduled and unscheduled overtime

Two-year college degree or other education, training, and certifications
-
Demonstratable experience with PLC Programing, HMIs, Wonderware and/or FTVIEW, scaling instrumentation, PID loops
-
5 years automation and controls experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Four-year college degree or other education, training, and certifications.

Control Logixs Experience
-
AB & ABB Drive Experience
-
Familiarity with NFPA 70E-Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace
