Full job description

About HomeVision HomeVision is building the next generation of AI-powered software for the $13 trillion mortgage industry. Our platform, MIRA, automates the manual, costly, and error-prone review of documents. By automating these tasks, we help lenders close loans faster and with less friction—ultimately saving borrowers time, money, and stress. We have already transformed appraisal operations for the country's top lenders, cutting review times by over 75%, and are now aggressively expanding to cover the entire loan file. We are a well-funded startup backed by Initialized Capital and NVP Capital, looking for builders who want to solve hard problems.

The Role & Culture We are seeking a sharp, organized Chief of Staff to support HomeVision’s CEO and company operations. This role is focused on acting as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, facilitating cohesion between strategic priorities, competitive positioning, and cross-functional operations, and supporting fundraising efforts . You will manage synthesis of company performance to allow our CEO to focus on building the company, gaining exposure to every part of the business in the process. The Chief of Staff will have a front seat to decision making processes across finance, org development, partnerships, product and more. In this role, you will learn to bridge the gap between P&L management and long term strategic decision making.

At HomeVision, we like working with smart, curious, and kind people who enjoy real responsibility. We value low ego, high ownership, and clear communication. We learn from one another, give direct feedback, and and prioritize doing right by each other and our customers. This role is a good fit if you have high agency, excellent judgment, and thrive in ambiguity.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Coordination: Coordinate content for and attend executive team meetings, track progress, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments. Surface most important weekly & monthly insights, blockers, and priorities to CEO.

  • Communications: Draft internal communications and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise formats.

  • Corporate Development:

  • Board & Investor Relations: Prepare materials for board meetings and investor communications. Lead fundraising material preparation and data room.

  • Fundraising: Partner with the CEO to translate the company model and positioning into a cohesive and compelling fundraising narrative. Provide input to bridge the gap between the operating model and longer term projections.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Partnerships: Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers. Work with finance and operations to maintain margin analysis to support partnership building. Travel to conferences and customer on-sites to gain industry context.

  • AI & Automation: Use AI tools to streamline & automate G&A workflows, to support strategic coordination among the exec team.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or a high-growth startup environment. Prior fundraising, M&A, or partnerships experience a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field. MBA from top program a plus, but not required.

  • AI Fluency: Highly fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, analysis, writing, and automation.

  • Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise formats.

  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Mindset: High agency and judgment—you know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently. Comfortable working across all levels of an organization.
