Full job description

Architectural DesignerAbout the Opportunity

Join an expanding architecture team within a multidisciplinary engineering environment and contribute to a diverse portfolio of innovative data center projects around the world. This position is well-suited for a technically skilled, design-oriented Architectural Designer who is eager to grow professionally, gain international project experience, and work in a highly integrated architecture and engineering setting.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your contributions are highly visible, your ideas carry weight, and your work has a direct impact on the delivery of complex, infrastructure-driven facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of large-scale data center projects located across multiple global markets.

  • Partner closely with in-house MEP and engineering teams to develop coordinated and efficient design solutions.

  • Develop technical details, construction documentation, and Revit models for complex building projects.

  • Support the resolution of design challenges associated with sophisticated building systems and infrastructure-intensive environments.

  • Participate in project coordination meetings with stakeholders across various geographic regions and time zones.

  • Contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction administration.

  • Prepare, update, and manage construction documents and production drawings in Revit with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Assist with project management efforts, including coordinating deliverables, tracking project milestones, and supporting schedule adherence.

  • Travel to project sites, as needed, to assist with project coordination, design implementation, and field support.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of professional architectural experience, ideally within a multidisciplinary or engineering-focused firm.

  • Strong technical understanding of architectural design for large-scale commercial or complex building types.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit with the ability to create, maintain, and coordinate detailed building models and construction documents.

  • Experience producing construction documentation for commercial, institutional, or large-scale projects.

  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with MEP and engineering disciplines in an integrated project environment.

  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices and overall project delivery processes.

  • Experience supporting project coordination, scheduling, and delivery activities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evolving project demands.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and interested in helping shape the growth of a developing architecture practice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on high-rise residential, mixed-use, or other technically complex project types.

  • Exposure to large commercial developments, including data centers or infrastructure-focused facilities.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams and engineering partners.

  • Interest in complex building systems, technical problem-solving, and infrastructure-driven design.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively participate in meetings with globally distributed teams.

  • Enthusiasm for growing within a small, entrepreneurial environment where individual contributions make a meaningful impact.

Work Environment

This position is based in a fully in-office setting and supports close collaboration within a small architecture team embedded in a larger engineering organization. The role offers daily interaction with engineering and MEP professionals, fostering real-time coordination and efficient problem-solving.

The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced, while also benefiting from the stability and resources of an established firm. Work schedules offer flexibility based on project demands and global coordination requirements rather than a traditional 9-to-5 structure. Team members are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and play a meaningful role in the successful delivery of complex data center and commercial projects.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on high-profile data center projects with global reach.

  • Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and MEP professionals.

  • Gain exposure to technically challenging, infrastructure-intensive facilities.

  • Join a growing team where your contributions are visible and impactful.

  • Benefit from professional growth opportunities within an established and well-supported organization.
