Description:Position SummaryThe Site Health, Safety & Environmeent (HSE) Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies. This position serves as a key resource for promoting a safe workplace culture, reducing risk, preventing incidents, and ensuring continuous improvement in HSE performance. The Site HSE Coordinator will lead key safety initiatives (consistent with DO Corporate HSE initiatives), conduct investigations, manage compliance activities, facilitate employee engagement in HSE programs, and ensure completion of required training. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director, North America HSE.Essential Duties and Responsibilities-  Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements.-  Monitor regulatory changes and support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.-  Lead incident, injury, near-miss, and property damage investigations.-  Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5-Why investigations, and develop corrective and preventive actions.-  Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.-  Log HSE observations, audit findings, and safety concerns and track corrective actions to closure.-  Lead and facilitate the Site HSE Committee.-  Lead and coordinate the Site Emergency Response Team (ERT), including drills and preparedness activities.-  Coordinate and track completion of all required HSE training.-  Analyze HSE performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.-  Support development and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and programs as well as other duties as assigned. Requirements:Qualifications-  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.-  Prior HSE experience is required along with OSHA 10-hour.-  Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable environmental regulations.-  Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.-  Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.-  Proficiency with Microsoft Office programsTravel Requirements-  Ability to travel up to 10% as required for training, audits, meetings, etc. Apply HereEqual employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilitiesPI286059282
