Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA
We are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA.
This is a casual position.
Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.
Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA provides quality Occupational Therapy services including direct care and treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
Qualifications
for Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA:

Associate's degree (A. A.) from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.

Maintains current PA License as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, including meeting continuing education requirements.
