About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a large, complex healthcare campus in Texarkana, TX. In this onsite role, you will help coordinate facility operations for a major regional healthcare provider, supporting a hospital environment spanning approximately 2.5 million square feet. Working alongside another Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in work order management, administrative support, compliance documentation, and vendor coordination to help ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT, with no travel required.
What You'll Do:

Coordinate and track facility work orders from initiation through completion.

Serve as a point of contact for facility-related service requests and inquiries.

Dispatch work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain healthcare accreditation and compliance documentation, records, and filing systems.

Issue and manage purchase orders to support facility operations.

Organize vendor paperwork, proposals, department records, and operational reports.

Communicate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors to support day-to-day facility activities.

Utilize client systems and platforms, including Infor, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, to manage administrative and operational processes.
What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Up to 2 years of administrative, facilities, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience managing documentation, filing systems, and multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general PC applications; experience with enterprise systems is a plus.

Ability to learn and navigate client-specific software platforms and workflows.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while following established procedures and processes.
