Job Responsibilities:

Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.

Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Job Requirements:

Active PA massage therapist license
-
Carry liability insurance.

Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!

Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package designed to recognize your talent, reward your performance, and support your success.
• Base Pay: Earn a base rate of $23–$26 per 50-minute classic massage , based on your experience and skill level.
• Commissions & Upgrades : Take advantage of our uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with every service. Upgrade commissions range from $3–$9, and our top-performing therapists typically earn an additional $10-$15 per hour through upgrades.
• Tips: Enjoy generous tips averaging 18%–25% of the nonmember price. Tips are conveniently paid out directly to you via Zenoti, our secure digital partner. On average , therapists earn $20–$30 in tips per base service — and even more with upgrades. Total Average Earnings:
• Full-Time Massage Therapists: Our high-performing therapists typically earn $65,000–$88,000 per year , based on 30 service hours per week and individual performance.
• Part-Time Massage Therapists : Our high-performing part-time therapists typically earn $33,000–$44,000 per year, based on 15 service hours per week
