We are looking for someone who enjoys being a utility player, takes ownership, notices what needs attention, and quietly helps the entire practice operate more effectively.

What Success Looks Like

The best Executive Assistant at MARA is someone who makes life easier for everyone around them.

While this role directly supports executive leadership, success comes from building strong relationships across the entire practice and helping the team operate more smoothly.

This person should be approachable, collaborative, and service-oriented. They enjoy solving problems, removing obstacles, connecting people, and helping work move forward. They are equally comfortable helping a senior leader prepare for an important meeting as they are assisting a teammate who needs help finding information, coordinating schedules, or navigating a process.

We are looking for someone who leads through example, trust, reliability, and helpfulness, and not hierarchy.

This role carries significant responsibility, access to confidential information, and influence within the organization, but it is not a position built on authority. The right person is energized by helping others succeed and takes pride in making the entire team more effective.

7+ years of experience supporting executives, teams, or complex business operations

Exceptional service orientation and genuine desire to help others succeed

Low ego, high ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Executive Assistant support for senior leaders

Consulting, professional services, healthcare, legal, or technology environments

Project coordination or PMO support
