Bonus structure: Paid out quarterly based on operating profit. This is a 2x position. I.E. if the bonus was 20% - this position would get 40% of quarterly wages.

Job Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role combines commercial account management with technical problem-solving to support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and program execution.

Responsibilities

 • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

 • Manage customer schedules, quotations, forecasts, and commercial activities.

 • Translate customer requirements into actionable items for engineering, operations, planning, and quality teams.

 • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve technical, quality, and delivery issues.

 • Develop and maintain customer proposals, pricing, and forecasting information.

 • Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business initiatives.

 • Ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

 • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

 • 3-7 years of experience in account management, operations, engineering, program management, or a related manufacturing environment.

 • Experience working directly with customers in a technical or manufacturing setting.

 • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience preparing quotes, proposals, forecasts, and customer-facing documentation. Preferred Qualifications

 • Background in engineering, manufacturing operations, aerospace, investment casting, or other high-performance manufacturing environments.

 • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
