Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations.

Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Provide consultation and behavioral support to school staff and educational teams.

Train teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavior management strategies.

Analyze behavioral data and make programming recommendations.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
-
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards and school requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Compliance with all professional standards of practice.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings.

Minimum one year of pediatric experience.

Current CPR certification if applicable.

Current TB screening and health documentation if required.
