As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Security Driver in Johnstown, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and care as part of Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations.

Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
