Job Summary
- This role is responsible for the application of chemicals, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with aerifications
-
Apply seed to designated areas
-
Sand topdressing applications
Education and Experience:
-
Experience with chemical or spray applications
-
Chemical fertilization or pesticide industry application experience
-
Post-secondary education in turf science or a related field
-
Must obtain and maintain a state-sanctioned pesticide applicator license within 6 months of entry into this job
-
Maintain a valid Driver’s License
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Operate efficiently and safely at all times
-
Ability to prioritize daily work schedule based on minimal supervision
-
Ability to perform other cultural applications on the golf course as needed
Physical Demands/Requirements:
-
Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
-
Regular exposure to the outside environment, including rain, cold, sun, or night
-
Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stooping
Work Environment:
- The position primarily works outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels.
