You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and store associates, and communicate observations using a computer or tablet. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Fri06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate store personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, policy violations, or potential loss-prevention concerns.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
