Position Description
As a Team Lead, you will guide a group of talented and motivated programmers who develop technology that is essential to our employer's game development practice. Your team will be able to realize its goals thanks to your technical skills, leadership, and ability to make informed decisions. You will be based in Canada, and we will support you with the visa and relocation process.
Essential Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English are a must

A bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Software engineering

Proficiency in C++ and/or other programming languages that are used in game development
-
Extensive experience in programming, preferably game programming

Demonstrable experience managing a team of programmers

Ability to deal with challenges in a calm and systematic manner
Desirable Skills
-
Extensive experience in C++. Knowledge of C# or other programming languages used in game development is a plus

Experience leading a team of developers, ideally for the entire period of application/game production

Excellent leadership and communication skills
