Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• Repairing and replacing toilets and plumbing fixtures

• Installing fixtures and completing basic drywall repairs

• Painting apartments and common areas

• Cleaning out vacant units

• Assisting with property and grounds maintenance

• General maintenance and repair tasks as needed

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Reliable transportation

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
