Job Summary:

As the Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting, general carpentry and other building elements. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades!

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Employment Type: Year Round

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired

• Perform daily inspections of common areas – doors, windows, flooring, boilers, HVAC, fire panels, and other building assets and infrastructure.

• Abide by all safety & environmental rules and regulations including corporate, State and Federal agencies. Complete all required training. Follow all standard operating procedures.

• Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner

• Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business

• Assist in snow and ice removal tasks

• Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks

• Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the role, including moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

• Must be able to perform tasks individually or within a team environment

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Must be willing to work outside in winter conditions

• Comfortable working at heights, on-ladder, and ride chair lifts

• Mechanical aptitude is an asset

• Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
