Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain schedules of all employees on assigned shift.

Keep track of the inventory and order supplies as needed.

Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.

Monitor guests to determine their level of intoxication.

Offer coffee or water if they feel that it is necessary.

Motivate employees to be team players.

Evaluate employees based on job performance.

Competencies:
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Beverage Department.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Work Environment:
• The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
Target Salary Range:
- $17.50/Hour
