Maintenance PLC Technician
1st Shift - Monday -Friday
Location: Mountain Home, AR
Shift : 1st
Schedule : Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician to join a growing maintenance team in Arkansas. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
-
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
-
Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required

Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
