Job Title: Order Entry/Production Control Processor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator to support our Hardware Department. In this role, you will be responsible for printing, processing, organizing, and filing production work orders that facilitate the assembly of laboratory instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Print and distribute work orders for production teams.

  • Review, sort, and file completed work orders.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

  • Communicate with team members to resolve documentation issues.

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in all work.

Essential Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to stay focused in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Comfortable with computer-based work and data entry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.

  • Previous experience following documented procedures.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have the ability to read and write in English.

  • Must have HS Diploma or GED.

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
