SCOPE:
The Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery provides leadership and structure for enterprise-wide initiatives that support Hills Bank's strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and compliance objectives. This position serves as a central coordination point between business leaders, IT partners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure projects are clearly defined, well-governed, and delivered on time with measurable results. The role requires strong communication, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Delivery & Execution:

Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously from project intake through closure.

Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive communications.

Drive accountability and remove barriers to successful delivery.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:

Build relationships with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.

Facilitate workshops, align goals, and manage expectations.
Requirements & Planning:
-
Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Support prioritization, dependency management, and solution planning.
Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and implementation activities.
Risk, Compliance & Governance:
- Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide concise project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

5–8 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives required.

PMP, CSM, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience with business analysis and process mapping preferred.

Banking experience preferred.
