Full job description

Construction Laborer – $25-$38/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Construction Laborers to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you will perform framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, concrete work, and door/window installation on a variety of commercial projects. You will work alongside a small crew to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and organized job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frame and construct metal and wood stud structures according to project specifications

  • Install drywall, including hanging, finishing, taping, and basic painting

  • Install drop ceilings, insulation, cabinetry, millwork, and trim

  • Set and install commercial doors, windows, and associated hardware

  • Form and finish concrete for foundations and flatwork

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of commercial construction or carpentry experience

  • Experience with metal and wood stud framing

  • Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing

  • Finish carpentry experience, including trim, cabinetry, and millwork

  • Experience installing ceilings, insulation, doors, and windows

  • Concrete forming and finishing experience

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • OSHA 10 certification

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to provide and maintain basic hand tools

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
