Location: Montebello, CA
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: June 22, 2026

Position Overview
As a School-Based LVN , you will provide 1:1 direct care and/or support within the school health office , ensuring students receive the medical care they need to safely participate in their education. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on student health, safety, and success.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care to assigned students throughout the school day

Support students within the health office and school setting as needed

Perform skilled nursing tasks, including:

G-tube care

Tracheostomy care
-
Seizure monitoring
-
Diabetes management
-
Assist students with developmental and medical needs

Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and the Amergis team
Qualifications

Active California LVN license

Current BLS certification
-
Experience or comfort working in a school setting or pediatric environment

Reliable, patient, and adaptable

School-based or pediatric experience preferred (training provided)
