Pay Rate: $60/hour
Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist delivers a wide range of therapy and interventions to inpatients, outpatients and emergent/urgent care patients. They are responsible for implementing respiratory care with an understanding and awareness of populations specific needs. Therapists serve in a consulting role by communicating suggestions to other members of the clinical team, perform protocol ventilator management and provide education to the patient, family and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
RRT credential verification from the NBRC required. The RRT credential is nationally recognized as the “standard of excellence” for respiratory care professionals. RI License required. BLS from American Heart Association. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
