Available Shifts: Day Shift:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Full-Time (32 or 40 hours/week)

• Every Other Weekend

• Per Diem Available

Evening Shift:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• Every Other Weekend

• Per Diem Available

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Overnight Shift:

• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Per Diem

• $2.00/hour Shift Differential

What You'll Do:

As a CNA at Chase Memorial, you'll help residents live comfortably and with dignity by:

• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals

• Supporting individualized care plans

• Monitoring residents and reporting changes to nursing staff

• Assisting with mobility and transportation

• Maintaining a safe, clean environment

• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship

• Helping create meaningful moments that improve residents' quality of life

What You'll Need:

• Current New York State CNA Certification

• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
