  • Support content strategy, message development, stakeholder review cycles, version control, quality assurance, and document management across multiple concurrent deliverables.

  • Work with project teams to define data flow between applications to be integrated, mapping business process activities to the application dependencies in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and technical resources. Additionally, perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.

  • Help coordinate design sessions, take notes during the design sessions, and conduct follow-up with stakeholders to close action items.

  • Ability to build repeatable writing workflows that reduce manual rework, improve consistency across products, and maintain audit-ready traceability from source evidence to final language.

  • Comfort evaluating emerging tools for fit, risk, security, usability, accessibility, source traceability, federal stakeholder needs, and quality-control burden.

  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, healthcare delivery systems, and health communications principles.

  • Experience developing or editing technical reports, clinical guidance, educational materials, web content, program documentation, training content, or executive-level briefing materials.

  • Exceptional command of grammar, structure, tone, plain language, and document organization.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder inputs simultaneously.
