JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Contractor shall provide expertise to accomplish a broad range of A&AS in support of SDACP, BMC3, and mission partner weapon system life cycle execution. The Contractor shall provide engineering, program management, contracting, logistics, operations, and administrative support to the Government throughout the life cycle of any effort. The Contractor shall have experience working classified space acquisition programs and Contractor personnel shall hold a valid security clearance

Required Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Experience with establishing product support strategies that align with acquisition strategies and identifying required infrastructures, processes, and procedures to maintain system capabilities.

  • Experience with integrating system engineering quantitative design characteristics (reliability, maintainability, etc.) with the functional logistics/integrated product support elements to identify product support resources.

  • Experience with integrating the 12 product support elements, procurement and budgeting strategy into logistics activities needed to sustain system fielding.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and SSC contracting processes and procedures

  • Demonstrates ability to assist gov with all aspects of any contract action required by the program office, including but not limited to solicitations, change proposals, funding modifications and award, or incentive fee management

  • Prior PCO or buyer experience preferred

  • Highly Desired: past or present experience with SSC or mission partner space control or space situational awareness mission area programs

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • BS/BA with 3-10 yrs experience

SECURITY CLEARANCE: U.S. Citizen, Active TS and SCI eligible

This job is CONTIGENT upon contract award.

In compliance with California’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $170,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
