Job Description
The Senior eQuip Specialist position is an opportunity for an experienced team member to take on expanded responsibility in managing and optimizing high level eQuip websites and Uniform Programs. This position will serve as a key partner to Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring programs remain accurate, functional, and aligned with customer expectations.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of assigned eQuip programs and portals, ensuring ongoing performance, accuracy, and functionality
Manage maintenance activities including price updates, product adds/removals, and VAS enhancements within Personalization Groups
Work and prioritize KACE maintenance tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication on status
Proactively monitor programs to identify issues, prevent disruptions, and maintain a strong customer experience
Perform ongoing cleanup and data maintenance to ensure system integrity and accuracy
Partner closely with KAMs to align on priorities, timelines, and customer needs
Troubleshoot system and program issues, escalating when appropriate and driving resolution
Support complex program updates, including coordination across multiple stakeholders
Serve as a resource and backup for team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to strengthen team efficiency
Manage File Feeds, Special Project, Uniform Program cleanup and Customer Validations
What You Bring
Strong understanding of eQuip systems, Uniform Programs, and internal processes (preferred)
3-5+ years of experience in a related role within Galls or similar operations
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for programs or workflows
High level of attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
Experience working with KACE or similar ticketing systems
Proficiency in GQ and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
