THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Order-to-Cash team supports our customers proactively by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and system optimization. The successful candidate will have a record of success in thinking outside the box to find the optimal and scalable solutions to problems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering the invoices to the customers in a timely manner Process credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentation Be the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing Support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timely Support the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax Partner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutions Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projects YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of relevant experience with Mid to Large Tier ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30pm PST (Which will be till 5 AM IST) Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel Experience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferred BENEFITS:
