Job Description

As a Recruiter Intern, you will support the Recruiter team throughout the recruitment process while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding clients' hiring requirements and job qualifications.
  • Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial CV screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruiters in conducting screening calls and interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates by ensuring a professional recruitment experience.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in client meetings or onsite visits (when required) to gain a better understanding of hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
