Summary of Role:

Support SG&A Finance and Corporate FP&A by leading workforce planning, labor reporting, forecasting, monthly close activities, and financial reporting. Partner with business leaders to ensure accurate financial plans, timely reporting, and effective expense management while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Lead workforce planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and monthly close activities while partnering with business leaders to manage expenses, labor, and budget performance. Drive financial accuracy, process improvements, automation initiatives, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Essential Responsibilities: ​

  • Lead workforce planning (WFP), labor forecasting, and organizational cost center management.

  • Own and support monthly close activities, including SG&A reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

  • Manage financial forecasts, budget updates, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Review purchase orders, journal entries, and expense activity to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

  • Deliver regular labor, T&E, and operating expense reporting to finance leadership.

  • Coordinate financial calendars, planning cycles, and reporting processes.

  • Support M&A integration tracking and ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or SG&A Finance.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency with financial planning systems and Excel.

  • Ability to partner with leaders across multiple functions and communicate financial insights effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Expected Salary Range

$72,000.00 - $126,000.00
