About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Delivery Associate to join our Field Operations team at our new location in Bayshore Mall, Ottawa ! You could be a good fit if you are hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail . In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing Clutch’s ability to quickly list newly acquired vehicles our clients have purchased or traded in/
What You’ll Do:

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and report any damage or visual issues.

Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, both interior and exterior.
-
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.
-
Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor.
-
Flexibly respond to changing schedules and assignments, including weekends or extended hours if required.

Support our Field Operation team in ensuring client vehicles are up to our quality standards We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :
-
1+ years experience transporting vehicle
-
Comfortable driving longer distances.
-
Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

License: A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
-
Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.

Background Check: Clean criminal background check.

Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
