As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the business location, including offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual conditions.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.

Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
-
An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
-
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
