Full job description
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to manage a wide range of employee relations matters, support leaders and HR partners, and help foster a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace culture across a national organization. As part of our team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, investigator, and mediator, helping drive positive employee experiences and organizational success.. This role can be hybrid or remote.
Requirements

4+ years of employee relations experience
-
Outstanding work ethic

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
-
Strong knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
-
Bachelor's degree required (HR or related field preferred)

Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities
-
Conduct thorough, objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace concerns; document findings and provide recommendations
-
Serve as a neutral mediator to resolve employee conflicts and support positive outcomes
-
Advise leaders and HR partners on policy interpretation and consistent application

Respond to administrative agency inquiries, including drafting position statements as needed
-
Design and deliver training on employee relations topics such as workplace conduct and conflict resolution
-
Partner with HR and leadership to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture
-
Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and stay interviews
-
Provide guidance on team dynamics, morale, and workplace climate to proactively address issues

Collaborate with Benefits on FMLA, ADA accommodations, and complex leave situations

Review background checks and pre-employment screenings in alignment with company policy and legal requirements
