  • Maintain and troubleshoot trim presses, CNC equipment, Fanuc robots, and related production machinery.

  • Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical problems using schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

  • Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they result in production downtime.

  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment to safely handle large press components.

  • Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to resolve equipment issues and keep production on schedule.

  • Follow established safety procedures and use required PPE and equipment at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of experience in industrial maintenance, heavy machinery repair, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.

  • Die-casting equipment experience is preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics and diagrams.

  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

  • Welding, fabrication, and precision-fitting experience is a plus.

  • Industrial Maintenance Certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Comfortable working around large-scale industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
