Full job description

General Laborer | $20/hr

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste materials from work areas

  • Assist project teams with warehouse support and installation projects

  • Move, organize, and transport materials using pallet jacks

  • Support camera and equipment installation activities

  • Use hand tools and air-powered tools as needed

  • Follow step-by-step instructions and diagrams

  • Perform loading, unloading, packaging, and material handling tasks

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Assist with inventory support and housekeeping duties

  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs

  • Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for 8-hour shifts

  • Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading/unloading, packaging, or cleaning

  • Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment

  • Ability to safely use hand tools

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Ability to follow directions and work well with a team

  • Willingness to perform physically demanding work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Warehouse or distribution center experience

  • Construction or general labor experience

  • Experience supporting installations or commissioning projects

  • Familiarity with robotics or material handling environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
