Full job description
General Laborer | $20/hr
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
-
Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste materials from work areas
-
Assist project teams with warehouse support and installation projects
-
Move, organize, and transport materials using pallet jacks
-
Support camera and equipment installation activities
-
Use hand tools and air-powered tools as needed
-
Follow step-by-step instructions and diagrams
-
Perform loading, unloading, packaging, and material handling tasks
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-
Assist with inventory support and housekeeping duties
-
Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Requirements
-
Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs
-
Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for 8-hour shifts
-
Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading/unloading, packaging, or cleaning
-
Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
-
Ability to safely use hand tools
-
Strong attendance and reliability
-
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
-
Willingness to perform physically demanding work
Preferred Qualifications

Warehouse or distribution center experience

Construction or general labor experience

Experience supporting installations or commissioning projects

Familiarity with robotics or material handling environments

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
