Description
A growing real estate organization is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its accounting team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with property accounting experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-property environment.
Key Qualifications:

Real estate/property accounting experience required

Strong Excel skills

Experience with property accounting software is a plus

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2-3 years general accounting experience (property accounting experience preferred).

Proficiency in Excel required, Salesforce and Yardi software experience a plus

Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple high priority projects.

Strong work ethic focused on meeting deadlines.
