Job Duties
Effectively perform all water damage mitigation, restoration, and cleaning services (air ducts, carpet, tile & grout, upholstery) the company offers.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Inspect completed work.
Complete the technician’s daily log.
Complete Work Orders.
Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
Maintain inventory of related supplies.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required

Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
Experience in carpet cleaning and/or tile and grout cleaning is a plus.

Strong understanding of cleaning techniques specific to disaster recovery scenarios.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail during restoration procedures.
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking.
Effective communication skills for working with team members and clients alike.
