Who we're looking for

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to help drive financial planning, business insights, and decision support as we continue scaling one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world.

In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations to provide financial analysis that informs key business decisions. You'll build models, evaluate investments, improve reporting, and help leadership understand business performance through clear, data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with business judgment, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to solve complex problems.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and resource planning.

• Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Business Partnership

• Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to evaluate investments, initiatives, and business performance.

• Support financial analyses related to pricing, monetization, product investments, and growth initiatives.

• Help business teams understand key financial drivers and make informed decisions.

• Prepare materials and analyses for executive reviews.

Strategic Finance

• Support short-range and long-range planning, KPI development, and financial reporting.

• Assist with investor, Board, and financing analyses as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and financial systems.

• Contribute to building scalable financial infrastructure as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.

• Experience supporting high-growth technology companies preferred.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Experience building operating models, forecasts, and business cases.

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, marketplace, or usage-based business models is a plus.

• Experience preparing executive presentations and business reviews.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• High ownership, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
