Project Manager
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Position Overview:
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Project Manager in the Mt. Airy area. The project manager is responsible for the overall successful execution, management, profitability and timely completion of their assigned construction projects. They are also responsible to ensure their Project Manager(s) have the appropriate training, and skills to perform their work.
Job Duties:

Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting

Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field
-
Set clear goals and expectations to foreman
-
Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
-
Estimate change orders for assigned projects
-
Manage all jobs closeout procedures
-
Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
-
Provide coaching/counseling to foreman and Assistant Project Manager
-
Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry
Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Outlook e-mail & calendar

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude

Capable multi-tasker able to execute the many tasks at hand effectively

Drug Test Required

Background Check Required
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelors’ Degree preferred, but not required
-
Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management Role

Field experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
