We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Enrollment Specialist to support seniors and families through the enrollment process for our PACE program.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide prospective participants and families through every step of enrollment—from initial interest through successful program admission.
What You’ll Do

Serve as primary point of contact for prospective participants and families during enrollment

Educate families on PACE services, eligibility, and benefits
-
Guide applicants through enrollment paperwork and required documentation

Coordinate assessments, appointments, and intake processes

Track leads, referrals, and enrollment pipeline activity

Collaborate with community liaisons, clinical teams, and operations staff
-
Maintain accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems
-
Ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience for participants and families
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in health care sales, enrollment, admissions, healthcare coordination, and intake experience
-
Experience in healthcare, senior services, managed care, or PACE preferred
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to explain complex information in a clear, compassionate way

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable in assisting seniors with the process in their homes
