We are looking for a Technology Product Owner who can bring expertise in deploying and managing solutions in the Procurement and Sourcing areas and to partner with Intel's Supply Chain operations in the fast paced transformation we are in.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversees all stages of product creation, with an emphasis on execution, including design and development, developing user stories, defining the north star vision for the team's product, creating a product road map, and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Works closely with relevant stakeholders to create the right product vision.
  • Defines user stories and prioritizes the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
  • Participates in all scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, and retrospectives) as required.
  • Utilizes knowledge of agile and scrum practices, business needs, key market trends, and customer requirements to create/prioritize features, user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlog for each sprint.
  • Communicates the product backlog clearly to all team members and influences the focus areas for delivery teams.
  • Ensures that the team understand all components of product backlog to proceed.
  • Actively engages with the delivery team(s) to collaborate, negotiate, and commit to product requirements.
  • Evaluates the work done by delivery team and provide constant feedback to build an exceptional product.
  • Ensures silent operation of solutions in production, maintaining close relationship with IT Production Support teams and acting as Level 3 subject matter experts and leading Problem case resolution, while ensuring IT Health Indicators are kept in compliance for all solutions under scope.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following Behavioral Traits

  • Has a deep understanding of technologies available to support the Procurement and Sourcing processes, it's able to break down high complexity issues/requirement to match opportunities/challenges with corresponding technologies.
  • Possess strong program/project management experience and its able to maintain a disciplined and efficient execution cadence that involves internal and external parties.
  • Gets work accomplished without considerable direction and its able to create plans, schedules and integrates own work with others; influences planning of others.
  • Has a growth mindset and can work on highly collaborative and global environment.
  • Keeps ups with latest trends in Supply Chain and IT industry and is able to bring innovative solutions.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Computing or related field
  • 6+ Years of experience of driving supply chain technical solutions deployment for large companies such as Intel in a global environment.
  • 6+ Years of experience in S/4 Hana for Material Management solutions, SAP Ariba products (SAP Sourcing and Contracting, SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and SAP Ariba Network) and its integration with S/4.
  • 6+ Years of experience with Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects.
  • Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge of the semiconductor industry
  • 3+ Years of experience in SAP Fieldglass for service and contingent workers procurement
  • 3+ Years of working experience on Agile Methodology for Software Development.
  • SAP Certification in related areas: SAP MM or SAP FI or SAP Ariba
  • Basic knowledge of SAFe methodology and experience working with global teams.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP FI modules and related configurations
