What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

  • Prior experience in sales, sales operations, business development, commercial real estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to solve moderately complex problems using sound judgment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

  • An inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and supporting business growth.
