ASI is seeking a Journeyman Logistician to work in Lakehurst, NJ supporting Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) programs within the Mission Operations & Infrastructure (MO&I) Department.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including pickup and delivery scheduling

Serve as a primary logistics interface for MO&I program teams and customers

Maintain accurate inventory records in the Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS)

Track material shipments and provide timely status updates to multiple program teams

Support staging facility and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with ALRE and SE logistics requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 3 years in acquisition and sustainment logistics, including 2+ years supporting DoD logistics programs

3-5+ years of experience supporting ALRE and SE shipping and receiving processes

Demonstrated experience using SFIMS, including inventory data entry and tracking

Strong understanding of staging facility operations and warehouse management

Experience working across multiple programs and with stakeholders in a DoD environment

Proficiency with inventory databases and logistics-related systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
