Full job description
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
On a given day, you may:
-
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the warehouse.

Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures regarding picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies.

Coach, mentor, and train all warehouse team members.
-
Conduct performance management evaluations, time keeping, and corrective action of warehouse team.

Responsible for being the primary point of contact for internal customers pertaining to warehouse operations.

Schedule and manage warehouse team members within budget while meeting the demands of the department.

Assist in creation and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the department.

Obtain powered industrial equipment certification.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Responsible for reporting safety hazards and implementing new standards as needed.
-
Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
-
Oversee transportation of all outbound shipments.
-
Other duties as required as directed by the Warehouse Inventory Control Manager.
