The WMCHealth Cancer Center is entering an exciting period of growth as we expand and build a comprehensive, destination cancer program for the Hudson Valley. As the region’s only academic medical center, we are uniquely positioned to elevate cancer care through cutting-edge treatments, including precision genomic medicine, robotic surgery, and FACT-accredited stem cell and cellular therapies, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of nationally recognized specialists. Our rapidly growing programs span adult and pediatric oncology, survivorship, and clinical research, offering personalized, compassionate care close to home while advancing the innovations that will shape the future of cancer treatment. Join us as we build the next generation of cancer care for our region. WMCHealth Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to be based primarily at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital. This position will play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the oncology research enterprise in the WMCHealth Network. The incumbent will join a collegial team of exceptional providers in an established Hematology and Oncology practice as part of our CoC-accredited cancer program and provide subspecialized care for patients in their area of expertise. In particular, there are opportunities in bone marrow transplant, myeloma, GU, H&N, breast, and GI. The position reports to the Section Chief of Hematology & Medical Oncology.

Qualifications / Requirements:

In addition to board certification or eligibility, the candidate must be able to obtain a New York State medical license. Salary and appointment commensurate with background and experience.
