We're looking for an Entry-Level CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of machining experience-or recent trade school or apprenticeship experience-to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced machinists in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.
About the Role and Your Impact

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment

Make basic tool offsets and machine adjustments

Monitor machine performance and part quality

Maintain production and inspection records

Perform routine machine maintenance

Work with engineering, quality, and production teams

Follow company safety and quality standards
Who We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of CNC machining experience preferred (trade school/apprenticeship accepted)

Ability to read blueprints
