Job Description
We are looking for a JDA Platform Specialist to support and maintain our JDA environment running on AS/400 (IBM i). This role is technical in nature and focused on backend platform support, system stability, and ongoing enhancements. The individual will play a key role in supporting current operations while contributing to longer-term platform planning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for the JDA platform running on AS/400 (IBM i)

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues

Support backend processes, integrations, and batch jobs

Maintain and support business logic and system configurations

Partner with internal teams to support enhancements and system improvements

Assist with platform stability, optimization, and long-term planning efforts

Strong AS/400 (IBM i) experience required

Experience supporting legacy or on‑prem enterprise systems

Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data-related issues

Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders
