Duties

• Personal Care Support — Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Companionship Services — Provide social engagement, conversation, and emotional support to promote client well-being.

• Safety Assistance — Support safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques and assistive devices when needed.

• Light Housekeeping — Perform tasks such as laundry, tidying, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

• Observation & Reporting — Monitor for changes in client behavior or condition and report concerns promptly to supervisors or family.

• Support for Cognitive Conditions — Provide patient, structured assistance for clients living with dementia or memory-related challenges.

• Community Support — Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed. Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.

  • Experience in home care, assisted living, or similar environments preferred.

  • Strong understanding of non-medical caregiving boundaries and client safety.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and safe transfer techniques.
