Help Students Find Their Voice and Reach Their Potential
We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services to students in a school-based setting. If you're passionate about helping children develop communication skills that support lifelong success, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
As part of a collaborative educational team, you'll conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapy services, and support students in achieving their communication goals.
?? What You'll Do
? Conduct speech and language evaluations
? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
? Provide direct therapy services to students
? Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
? Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
? Support student success through evidence-based interventions
? Ensure compliance with all applicable professional and educational standards

Location: Hollister, CA
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
Contract Length: 180 School Days
Student Population: Pre-K
Pay Rate:

Local Candidates: Up to $90/Hour

Travel Opportunities Available
Behavioral Support Level: High
Medical Support Level: Level 4
? Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required
-
CCC-SLP preferred (and may be required per assignment)
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Current CPR certification, health clearance, and TB documentation as required

Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:
-
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
