What You'll Do

As our 2nd Shift Shipping Office Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring shipments move accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing paperwork for next day's outbound shipments

• Processing receiving paperwork for inbound deliveries

• Retrieving and maintaining material test reports

• Scheduling local truck loads and preparing shipping manifests

• Performing warehouse inventory cycle counts

• Maintaining organized office files and shipping records

• Working closely with warehouse personnel and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a shipping or warehouse office environment

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including regular walking and standing while coordinating between the office and warehouse floor
